Assisted Living is a special combination of housing, supportive services, personalized assistance and health care. This combination offers individuals an opportunity to maintain their independence as they begin to require assistance with activities of daily living and personal health care.
Our services provide Tenants and their families with peace of mind knowing that home health care is available 24-hours a day to provide security as well as supportive and preventative health care services.
Tenants live in their own homes in a friendly community environment. The rights to privacy, choice, dignity, independence and individuality are emphasized. Our goal is to help tenants to “Live life to the fullest!”

Congregate Living is an independent lifestyle with a touch of community and service. Tenants live independently, but have the option to join in community events, meals, and recreational activities.
A variety of services are offered, allowing Tenants to simplify their lives and increase their flexibility. Commons areas and daily activities provide an opportunity for leisure interests and companionship.
Tenants furnish their own private apartments to give their homes a personal touch. Community, independence, socialization and service are all a part of Boulder Estates residential care community.

Recovery Suites are a transitional, temporary option for individuals in the Marshall or surrounding communities who may not need intensive nursing care after a hospital stay or rehabilitation program, but are not ready to return home.
This unique and exciting program at Boulder Estates is designed to provide temporary supportive health care while you recover from an injury or illness. Stay for a few days or a month and enjoy the comfort and quality care at Boulder Estates while taking away the worry of moving back home before you are ready.
Home health services at Boulder Estates are offered by Stepping Stone Home Health Care, a state licensed class F home care agency. Stepping Stone Home Health Care is located at 601 Village Drive, Marshall, MN 56258.
The highly trained staff is available to provide tenants at Boulder Estates with assistance in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and emergency response 24-hours per day. Home health aides provide a wide range of services, including assistance with bathing and grooming, exercise, laundry and homemaking services, medication reminders and several other services.
Registered Nurses are available on-site or on-call 24-hours per day. Stepping Stone Home Health Care’s professional staff is available to provide care coordination and individualized plan of care including medication management, nursing assessments, supervision and oversight of each client’s plan of care and coordination of health care services with physicians, pharmacists or therapists.
Home Care staff is available at Boulder Estates to answer any questions you may have. The following optional services are available within the Care Levels offered by Stepping Stone Home Health Care. Consideration is also given to individual requests outside of the listed options below.

Breakfast, lunch, and supper are served in our dining room seven days a week. All meals are served restaurant style. Tenants are given a choice at each meal to select the entrée they desire.
Boulder Estates is proud to provide a healthy choice menu. Each meal will offer a healthy choice that is reduced in saturated fat, cholesterol and salt. The healthy choices on the menu have been approved by licensed dieticians in accordance with the current American Dietetic Association guidelines.
