Essential Visitors

Each Tenant is allowed to have 4 designated Essential Visitors (no more than 2 visitors at a time).  Each Essential Visitor must complete the Acknowledgment of Risks and Procedures Agreement prior to visiting.  All Essential Visitors are required to enter through the front entrance only and complete the screening process/contact tracing each time they visit.  Essential Visitors must wear a mask at all times, hand sanitize before entering the building and keep their social distance from others (at least 6 feet away).  Thank you for doing your part to keep the Tenants and staff of Boulder Estates safe and healthy.
