Services Included in the Monthly Rent

A variety of services are offered, allowing tenants to simplify their lives and increase their flexibility. Commons areas and daily activities provide an opportunity for leisure interests and companionship. Tenants furnish their own private apartments to give their homes a personal touch. Community, independence, socialization and service are all part of Boulder Estates residential care community.

  • Weekly housekeeping of the bathroom and kitchen

  • Four (4) Marshall Community Transit tokens per week

  • Stepping Stone Home Health onsite 24-hours a day (available for emergencies)
  • 24-hour emergency call system (pull cords in bathroom, bedroom(s), and living room)
